Not receiving email for action group "Email Azure Resource Manager Role"

Hi,

I have created an alert rule for a kubernetes cluster. This alert triggers an action group of type "Email Azure Resource Manager Role" for role Owner.

The problem is that some users receive the email, but some others don't.

They all have the role set at the subscription level, as written here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/alerts/alerts-troubleshoot#did-not-receive-expected-email

What can I do to solve this ?

    Hi @Antoine

    Makes sure the email addresses added to the group are AAD user members not any groups, see Email Azure Resource Manager role for more info. If the members not receiving emails are not in a group and indeed member roles at the subscription level, then your issue will require more investigation.
