Can't receive email - Remote server contains content identified as spam. AS(4810) 550 5.7.520

Question

I'm expecting emails but the people who have tried to send email to my AtMail account have said that they received the following message: Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)' It seems that the block message has come from Outlook.com.

It seems that the Senders are all using a Hotmail account.

The assumption was that it was the recipient (me) that was blocking the emails but I think it is the Sender. The emails are known to be spam, but these are emails that I have asked for so I can analyse them. If the Sender needs to change their settings to allow for me to receive the email, what do they need to do?

I don't know if it is useful or relevant that in 'Content Type' it mentions 'application/ms-tnef; name="winmail.dat"'

From the error message, it seems that the email was detected as spam. Only send messages with plain text, does it work?

Do they send emails from Outlook clients? Based on my searches, some users have reported that email can be sent from the web or mobile.

As a workaround, it is recommended that you contact the sender to resend from the web.
