I have main account A, its admin account. I created new account B inside A. and gave B as Global administrator rights... Now when B logs in, he should see all virtual machines of A, because A created B with full rights... but B sees nothing in his account when he logs in...

Please help to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

Did you assign account B Owner on the subscription? If not please navigate to your subscription in the Azure portal, click Access control (IAM), click Add -- Add role assignment, select Owner, add the user account under Members, save.

When B signs in, do they have the correct Directory selected under the gear icon in the upper right?
