Deleted primary tenant and cannot create support ticket or sign out

Guys I'm out of ideas.

Azure support is going to have to jump in but there's no contact number I can find and there's no way to create a support ticket. When I try it just shows a loading screen endlessly.

I'm all for just creating a new account, but again, it won't allow me to sign out.

I'm using the free tier. There's nothing important on my account since it's there for practice purposes.

What exactly are my options here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried signing in to the portal with a InPrivate/Incognito/guest browser profile? This is equivalent to being signed out since the authentication cookie won't be present. If not please give that a try and see what results you get.
