How to access M365 tenant if the only admin account has lost his phone and had MFA enabled

The Tenant has only one user with adminrole and this account cannot longer access because MFA was enabled and he lost his phone.

    Hi

    I would suggest raising a ticket using your local number from one of the Global Support numbers listed here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    They may be able to reset your Auth methods to allow you to login again and reset. You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the Subscription.

    Yes that was very helpful, because the numbers on the german site:

    We cannot reach anyone and after 2 1/2 hours the call was canceled.

    An the number on your site for germany we can reach out someone in 15 minutes and get help in the next 2 hours.
