Can I use VS2019 Community to Deploy an ASP.NET MVC app (targetFramework="4.8") to AWS Using Elastic Beanstalk?

Hi,

I'm developing an ASP.NET MVC app (targetFramework="4.8"). I want to deploy it to AWS in the fastest way possible.
2 questions:

  1. Can I deploy this app using AWS Elastic Beanstalk? If yes, can you provide a detailed step-by-step instruction?
  2. I'm using VS 2019 community right now. Can I deploy to Elastic Beanstalk using VS 2019 Community? If not, which version of VS do I need?
