    Hi @sns ,

You don’t have to do anything to get distributed cache service features! When you install SharePoint, the distributed cache gets installed and configured automatically!

To start and stop the Distributed Cache service by using Central Administration

    1. In Central Administration, click System Settings.
    2. In Servers, click Manage Services on Server.
    3. On the Services on Server page, locate the Distributed Cache service.
    4. If the Distributed Cache service is started and you want to stop the service, under Action, click Stop. If the Distributed Cache service is stopped and you want to start the service, under Action, click Start.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify that the dedicated distributed cache server is properly configured and running. Check the event logs and system status to make sure there are no errors or issues that could be impacting the distributed cache service.
    2. Ensure that the server is correctly associated with the farm. This may involve using PowerShell or other administrative tools to check the configuration settings and make sure the server is listed as a distributed cache host.
    3. Restart the distributed cache service on the dedicated server and any other servers in the farm that may be impacted by the issue. ghdsportapk
    4. Check the permissions and access settings for the distributed cache service to make sure that the correct accounts and permissions are in place for the service to run properly.
    5. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to consult the documentation or seek additional support from Microsoft or a third-party vendor.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with distributed cache configuration in your farm.
