Few of users are not able to add another device on call in Teams

Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
Few of users are not able to add another device on call in Teams.
They don't get the option to join call on second device or even if they click on Join manually from calendar it joins call from 2nd device and does not give option to Add it as it works for me and other users

Do they have something in common? For example they are using Teams for mobile application on the 2nd device.
