The product has no accessible method of being launched - what it means?

Hi all,

We published our software to the Microsoft store and of course it is failed on review application with not clear explanations. One of them:

App Policies: 10.1.2: The product has no accessible method of being launched. Please add a clear method to launch the product and resubmit.

Somebody knows what it means exactly?

Our software is a Windows installer built via the Advanced Installer tool. It has a GUI on the installation process where a user should provide some information like email, child name and child birth month and year. After installation the software runs in a background as a Windows service and it does not require any iteration with a user. Also after installation a user can find our software in the Start menu and on clicking a static window with text like "The software is installed and running on your computer..." will be open. So, what should be accessible method in our case?
