I was not able to give the exam as the exam which was shared by the Proctor did not open.

Hi Team,

I am Yellai Arvind from Chennai. I was unable to give the exam of Azure Fundamentals in last year December due to less practice so, I postponed it to 28th February 2023. But, by some reason the exam shared by the Proctor did not open on my system and I was unable to give the exam. When I tried again, it showed that even after scheduled time we can check-in and give the exam. I waited for the proctor to come and share the exam. But Proctor was not assigned to me and even the link got closed and again my system desktop was shown.

Please look into this issue and help me out so that I can give the exam without any issue.
