Errors of this type rest squarely on Microsoft's shoulders and in the hands of its Software Engineers, there is LIKELY no "quick fix" for an error with portions of text that may read like this ":undefined|undefined|undefined:undefined". It simply means {something} did not go as expected on the Backend of the web-based application, or as we are now calling it, 'Cloud-based' application.
The most End Users can do in this case is Log-off the resource (such as Office365.us, or ".uk"), close the Web browser completely, then repeat the steps taken to access it. It might also be a great idea to wait between 5 and 15 minutes BEFORE attempting access again, because some such Backend errors CAN and WILL resolve itself "automatically" -- because it is due to Server memory mismanagement, a "difficult" load-in from Cache memory ON the Server, not on the End User's client computer (or tablet, or smartphone) and SOME of these issues simply clear up or are remediated naturally by a Cache being purged or a software object getting reloaded in the due course of time.
It is challenging for End Users to "put up with" these sort of errors but, it is all we can do sometimes in the face of such things.
