Google Profile Photo (of family member) is showing up as my Hotmail Profile Photo

Hi. Need help please.
In 2016, set up a Google Account (not gmail) for son. Input/Used MY Hotmail account email as "my current email address" in his setup page.
No problems for years. Our email profiles never crossed.
NOW though, HIS Google Profile Photo displays when I use MY Hotmail account. His google account is no longer accessible as passwords etc are long forgotten. I have tried changing my Microsoft Profile photo and Profile photo on MY Hotmail account but still sending with his Google Profile Photo.
No information online that works for me. Its a very weird situation and is unfortunately compromising how I can use my Hotmail email!! Anyone?
