    @Vijayakumar Somasundaram, Thanks for the reply. From your description, it seems you are doing Automatic enrollment via MDM. Please ensure the MDM user scope under Automatic enrollment is configure as ALL. And the user enrolls the device has both Azure AD Premium license and Microsoft Intune license assigned.

    However, if the issue still persists, please check the event log under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider > Admin to see if any error exists.
