We are getting Policy violations for our app after submit how do we resolve this? what needs to be changed in "Age Ratings"

App Policies: 10.1.1

Products that involve any opportunities to spend money separate from the initial acquisition in our Store must declare use of in-app purchases in the age ratings (this is in addition to any other declarations about in-app purchases elsewhere, such as Pricing). Please go through the Age Ratings Questionnaire again in Partner Center and declare use of in-app purchases. After finishing the questionnaire, please complete the process by re-submitting the product for certification. Please make sure that you have stated in the questionnaire about the in-app purchase feature of the application.
