We are getting Policy violations for our app after submit how do we resolve this? what needs to be changed in "Age Ratings"

Products that involve any opportunities to spend money separate from the initial acquisition in our Store must declare use of in-app purchases in the age ratings (this is in addition to any other declarations about in-app purchases elsewhere, such as Pricing). Please go through the Age Ratings Questionnaire again in Partner Center and declare use of in-app purchases. After finishing the questionnaire, please complete the process by re-submitting the product for certification. It seems that your app contains in-app purchase feature, but you did not mention it in the Age rating questionnaire. Please go back to the Age Rating page and go through the questionnaire again. Please make sure that you have stated in the questionnaire about the in-app purchase feature of the application.
