My learn profile has another email connected to it. I need help changing it.

Question

I did not see the email. please help me fix my MCID profile. I have certification test to take. thank you

MCID:990828088 is the wrong MCID.. all of certifications were moved to the MCID profile but the MCID is still connected so I cannot access my certifications to renew. The email I am using is the email I used for my test. I really need some help getting this corrected.

WRONG MCID: 990828088 this is connected to my learn profile and I need the other connected. or everything merged to the correct MCID. with my correct email accounts attached so I can get to the profile to take my tests.

CORRECT MCID 990256501
