I was on Chrome on a Win10 desktop yesterday, when a blue screen appeared, looking very much like a Windows update. It said we are updating, don't turn power off. But the cursor kept moving by itself, and then I got a code on my cell from a financial site I have on my desktop that is protected by 2FA. Then the blue screen went away. Full Defender scan and Chrome security scan failed to find anything.

    Hello there,

This might be due to malware installed on the device. Windows Malicious Software Removal might remove the malware.

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) helps keep Windows computers free from prevalent malware. MSRT finds and removes threats and reverses the changes made by these threats. MSRT is generally released monthly as part of Windows Update or as a standalone tool available here for download.

You can get the tool from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9905

Hope this resolves your Query !!
