Lock Screen Password Text Box Disappears

I have several PC in my organization that are experiencing this issue. When a user locks a PC if the user doesn't log back in with 30 seconds the lock screen displays a spinning circle where the password text box was and then the text box disappears completely and the only way to log back in is with a system restart. This issue is a recent issue, and I have uninstalled the latest windows updates, removed wireless/wired keyboards, updates the graphics card drivers and have not had any luck resolving this issue. This issue occurs on laptops and desktops of various models. All Dell hardware. Re-installing windows on all these systems will be a very time intensive undertaking and in addition the issue has already come back on previously wiped systems.

2023-03-07T18:01:38.78+00:00 This started back in November 2022 for us as well on one pc. A dell optiplex on Win10 21H2. Upgraded it to Win11 and the problem followed me until I chose not to copy over the user's "my documents" folder. Not sure if there is a file in there that goes corrupt, but that fixed that user. This last month we have about 4 pcs doing this now, and they are new win10 21H2 pcs out the box without a copied "my documents" folder to the profiles. I can't upgrade these to Win11, and have tried to recreate the profiles anyways, and disabled fast startup with no luck. I am looking for this solution as well.
