We have several models of Lenovo Business Laptops (P, L, and T Series) with webcams that keep randomly disconnecting and become unavailable during Teams calls. Is anyone else having this issue? We've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the webcams including forcefully removing drivers. We've tried firmware updates, windows updates and different drivers as well.

Hi @Joseph St. Louis,
Do you mean the built-in webcam is not working?
Does this issue also occur on Teams on the web?
If possible please consider creating a service request to contact support via Microsoft 365 admin center>Support>New service request, as to further investigate this issue we may need to collect logs for analysis.
Thanks for your understanding.

We have several Lenovo laptops that are having this issue as well. We have done all of the same troubleshooting steps with no resolution. Any help would be appreciated.
