Azure ResourceGroups show no resources, even though I am GlobalAdministrator

When browsing portal.azure.com/#view/HubsExtension/BrowseResourceGroups I seem to get no results. In the recent past I did, so maybe some IDs may have been altered without my knowledge. Browsing users, groups, AAD is no problem. portal.azure.com/#@company.xxx/resource/subscriptions/xxx will show that I do have a ContainerRegistry, but clicking it will result in a Error code 401: Details: You do not have authorization to access this resource.

Where/how can I browse my resourcegroups again?

Being a Global Administrator gives you access to AAD - but not Azure resources, by default.

In order to access Azure resources, you need Owner/Contributor rights on the Azure subscription.

If you want Azure access and need to elevate it, you can - Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups, but just be aware of the least-privileged, and investigate PIM.
