SMTP Error

I have setup System center operations manager 2022 but not able get alerts through email. Getting below error :

Notification subsystem failed to send notification using device/server 'smtp.office365.com' over 'Smtp'

protocol to 'xxx@x.com'. Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.HealthService.Modules.Notification.SmtpNotificationException: Error in processing.

The server response was: 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [MA1PR01CA0181.INDPRD01.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2023-03-09T09:31:43.061Z 08DB1DB6046DD692].

Smtp status code 'LocalErrorInProcessing'. Rule id: Subscriptiond427065xxx.....
