I'm unable to log into Microsoft 365 Outlook app. I can log into Outlook web.
When I try to launch the app I'm present with the log in screen with AzureAd\email username request
The screen will not accept my password. However, I can log into all the web apps using that sma eemail and password.
I've repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft 365 apps for Business from the web, I've removed all outlook credentials from credential manager. I've run MS support and recovery assistant, I even ran DSRegTool (although I dont undersand what it's doing)
After all those support articles I still can not log into Microsoft 365 Outlook app that I've never had a problem logging into prior to the switch from Outlook to Mictosoft 365 Outlook
I just wanted to check in and see if you had any other questions or if you were able to resolve this issue? If you're still having issues, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can gain a better understanding of your issue.
