    Hello,

When you press the select box (just left to your PC Name) the Enable button should become clickable.

    Hi @bahaa mohamed ,

There are a few issues that can cause the device enablement option to be greyed out.

    1. If the device was disabled in Azure and you are not logged in with an admin account, you need to have an admin user log in to re-enable the device.
    2. If the device is deleted in Azure AD, you need to follow the steps to re-register the device.
    3. If you are synchronizing devices using Azure AD Connect, hybrid Azure AD joined devices will be automatically re-enabled during the next sync cycle. So, if you need to disable a hybrid Azure AD joined device, you need to disable it from your on-premises AD

If the administrator owns the Azure tenant, then our support team wouldn't be able to re-enable the device because that would be a security liability for the admin. The admin is welcome to create a support case with us, though. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/

See my other detailed response here and the Devices FAQ.

Let me know if you have further questions.
