Azure Computer Vision i not able to detect text where text is "(", ")" "..."

Question

I am feeding a cropped image of a larger image to the Computer vision SDK. I am expecting the output to be exactly the same as the text on the image. but the text i receive have truncated text. Text response doent contain special characters that are either on the front of the a text or at the end. For Japanese i have instance where text is followed by "...". This is not identified by Computer vision. How can i resolve this issue.
