HOW TO CONNECT MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT TO CERTIFICATION PROFILE

Question

I successfully completed my AZURE 900 Fundamental exam on march 10th, at 6.30 pm. I connected both of my emails ( d.venkatavarshini@dxc.com and varshusrinivas6@gmail.com) but still, I am unable to download my certificate.

This is how I am getting. Please consider my issue and show me a solution
