How can I disable the sharepoint checkout as I have my own custom checkout button on my vsto word addin ?

Hi Team,

I want to disable the below checkout option from sharepoint as I have my word plugin which has a custom checkout option or Is there any event by which I can detect when the Sharepoint checkout option is fired ?
