two meetings happening at the same time due to recurrence

i have a meeting happening every week and a meeting that's slightly different the second week of the month. they conflict each other and have a different teams link. is there a way to make the first meeting only happen on the first, third, and forth week of the month while the second meeting gets the second week of the month? what would you recommend to solve this?

If so, could you change the second meeting to another time? Or change this meeting's title?
