- Go to %WINDIR%\system32\spool\PRINTERS in the list of results, and then delete all files in the folder.
- Please try to Turn Off then On Printer
- Please reboot server on which this printer is connected.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 PC.
