AADSTS500022: Access to 'XYZ' tenant is denied.

Hi Guys!

One of my clients has the dreaded AADSTS500022 issue. No one in the company can log onto the partner center and or the Azure backend. We use a fallback domain (onmicrosoft.com) -- don't blame me, I wasn't around at that time :-D. Any suggestions? Cheers, Michael

    Hi Michael,

    Seems like you have locked out from the tenant, only way out is if there is an alternate Global Admin or a breakfix account configured to access the tenant to reset the configuration? If not I will suggest you to raise a call with Microsoft via the numbers as portal is locked out you cannot access the console to raise a support call
