How to stop charges after having deleted resources

Hello, I am new to Azure and have been following along with the Microsoft Learn course "AZ-700 Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions"

After practicing the exercises, I have removed all resources from Module 2, however this morning I see that I'm still incurring charges; I checked back tonight and I'm still incurring charges. Cost analysis shows my charges are coming from VMs, storage, VWAN, VNetwork, and DNS.

I've verified I have no VMs, no resource groups, no VWAN, no disks, and no DNS services. How can I find out what's costing me and how to make it stop?

Thank you

    Hello,

Best option here is to contact billing support team. Please ensure to include your subscription ID, admin account used to create the subscription

Create support request from azure portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request#go-to-help--support-from-the-global-header

If you're unable to create support request, try to reach support via global customer support as shown below.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Ensure to share your preferred contact method and team will connect with you to assist further.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards

    Divya.
