Windows Defender keep warning me after update!

Question

After I updated for my PC (KB5023696), windows defender keep telling me I had virus!
One is "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\ShellFeeds\GLEAM-DARK.svg" But It keep coming back after I restart my PC.
And another is "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\INetCache\UWUWR0L3\th[1].svg"
Which I unable to detect it, that direction didn't exist in my pc!
Can someone help me? Thanks!

Try update Microsoft Defender and run a full system scan with it.

Try run scan with Microsoft Defender Offline, have a look at:

Try restart your PC and see if the problem persists?
