How to customise certain keyword translation in Outlook
Hi, I am based in Hong Kong where there is a need for different language to coexist.
I heard there is built in auto translation for new versions of Microsoft Office, such as outlook. My client used to issue corporate email with 2 languages typed (English, Traditional Chinese). Of course, theoretically if Outlook can translate well, then it saves time without having to type 2 versions of text. However, if there are translation that the software cannot handle well (eg, unique slag/local Hong Kong restaurant names), how can a user get a custom setup so that special translation can be tailor made? How can IT department deploy this without having to go through all computers to manually add the values?
I think in dictionary used for Office 2013 there was a custom.dic file in c: drive that tells all MS office apps to bypass spell check for certain customised text. How about translation? I hope Microsoft can enhance its products so that my concerns are resolved.
