    May I confirm if you can connect to the extensions marketplace now?

    If you are going to install extension into VS, normally there are two ways to access the extensions marketplace:

    1. From VS => click Extensions => Manage Extensions => Online => Visual Studio Marketplace.
    2. Directly access the extensions marketplace.

    Please try the other way if one of this two didn’t work.

    Besides, there are several other aspects that I suggest you check again:

    1. Make sure that the network connection is good and try to switch to use another network if possible.
    2. Make sure that there’s no limit or application(antivirus/proxy/extensions) which may block you from connecting to the extensions marketplace.
    3. Try to clean browser cache and test again or try to use another browser to connect to the extensions marketplace.
