Unable to see data for app metering rule.

Hi Expert,

I have created custom report for software metering rule. i am able to fetch data for Adobe, MS visio, and MS project. but recently added new rule for Sangit app and when try to fetch report unable to see any record. even data is not available on default report.

Note - Snagit app using by users.

Can anyone please help.

    Do the logs show that snagit, is inventoried? Has it been more than a week since you created the rule?
