I'm not able to open run as administrator in my windows 11, i tried may times in different different ways.

Buy still i am not able to run as administrator. What to do....?????

    1. Please open powershell from elevated prompt.
    2. Type cmd in that PowerShell window to open command prompt or cmd session -> Then you can type cmd commands in that window.
