IMPOSSIBLE LINK MY MICROSOFT LEARN ACCOUNT

I already try everything in LEARN account settings, and it is impossible to link my account to my Outlook email. In fact, I link it correctly, but it never comes out in the panel as linked. I can NOT access the labs of the microsoft LEARN modules!!! Greetings and thanks
