Outlook connectvity to exchange server for Address book

We have on-prem Exchange Server 2019.

I want to know that outllok ctrl k option to search offline address book or online adress book.

As we have created new email ID on exchange but not reflecting on outlook until we download it manually.

According to my tests, by default the Offline Address book is used by the “Ctrl + K” option when Outlook is running in Exchange cached mode. Considering that it’s indeed require some time for the change in GAL to reflect to Offline Address Book in Outlook, so it’s expected that as you said, the new email ID created not reflecting on outlook until download it manually.

If you want the change to take effect in real time in Outlook, you can turn off the Cached Exchange mode so that GAL(online adress book) would be used by Ctrl+K.

• Setup a New Outlook Profile
