provisionning authorization

Cheers,

I'd like to select canada-east region for creation of database. Deployment failed stating i'm not authorized to provision for canada-east.

It's where i'm born and where i live, i am the account owner, account user and sole client.

I do not understand how to give myself that authorization since sql database, at my usage level is just notepad.

    Please request a quota increase of type "region access" following the steps provided here.
