mx, dns, spf and http dns records are missing for email.msn.com domain
This is an issue with my personal email, however, since this forum is more technically oriented, trying here to see if my issue can be fixed.
I have been using (at)email.msn.com since 1997 for my personal email. Three times in the past six years, the mx and dns records were deleted from Microsoft servers and needs to be added back. I see that spf and http records are also missing (used this link, then click on "Click here" near the top when it asked "....Did you really mean to run email.msn.com")
This has been an issue since 3/10/2023 between 6 & 9am eastern US. This happened in 2017 and 2018 also. At the time I was assured this would not happen again, but it did.
With over 25 years of emails and a large number of third-party accounts associated with that email address, I am not getting emails from those third-party services. The chief concern are financial accounts. If I do not get emails from them, it could adversely affect my credit rating.
No support avenue that I have tried (MSN Premium, which I pay for, outlook.com and O365) has access to the DNS/Exchange Servers to provide support. This must be fixed at Microsoft Servers, or whoever controls these servers.
