Teams Meeting policy error

Please i need your help on this issue.

When trying to create a new Teams Meeting policy, i've run into to this error the last couple of days, when clicking "save":

I can't really deduct from the message, what is wrong.

The error says "We can't create this policy right now. Try again.

Do other admins in your organization have this issue?
