How can I change the email address of my Microsoft Account?

Hi, My registered email address will be ceased soon on learn.microsoft.com. I created a new one.

How can I change my personal email address to a new email address?

Is there a way to migrate the existing account to a new one?

I don't want to lose the obtained certificate.
