I want to know from when aadhar card as a govt id proof has been declared as an invalid proof.

Today I had an examination, on the time of verification I have uploaded Aadhar ID as a Government ID, while proctor came he said it can not be used for a certification, and I asked him twice that I can reschedule this exam for tomorrow, he said yes you can reschedule the exam, even though last month in the feb my friends has given PL-400 along with Aadhar ID as a government id proof, proctor created a case and asked to connect with customer service center, I connected along with them and they denied to refund me back.
this is not acceptable scenario, I want coupon or refund back for scheduling the exam back.
