Cannot Verify Student Status

I would like to obtain the free certification for the AZ-900 Exam Voucher through my University discount.
I have aligned my Certification profile for my personal account with my University Email address.
I have tried in many ways to verify my student status. My University has blocked verification through the 'I have a school account' method.
Through the 'I have a university email account', I get the error 'Sorry, you could not be verified as a student.'.
I do not have an International Student Identity card, nor do I have a verification code.
I submitted documents to prove my student status over a week ago and have heard nothing back.
This issue is getting very frustrating as I am ready to take the exam and cannot do anything on my end.
