Teams video call

Question

The video call button does not work. I can't seem to video call a user outside my organization, the button is grayed out and doesn't work.

Did you connect the camera device?

If you have a group chat for more than 20 people the call will not available.

In that case you will need to create a meeting and invite this people into it instead.
