Authenticator problem

Last year I changed my iPhone model and I tríed to access to my Facebook account with double verification but Microsoft Authenticator was not showing me the Facebook key anymore. I tríed to get in touch with Microsoft and Facebook, but there is no answer and I lost my access until today….

Hi Rodrigo R,

if I understand you correctly, you changed your phone last year and installed the authenticator app now. And you wonder why your facebook account TOTP option is no longer exists in the app?

Then you only chance to login with another MFA option or by contacting the facebook support to reset the MFA method for you.
