I've removed my work authenticator accidentally in the App & I can't get it back on my device

Hey,
I've accidentally removed my work's authenticator on my phone app and I was the only authenticator that could approve any log-ins. However, now that I accidentally removed it, I can no longer see the approvals/codes and thus I could not log in at all for my work account. Really need to get this solved as soon as possible. Thank you.
