I have a Certification profile issue; no Renew button

Hi, I want to renew my certification. When I click the "Connect certification profile" button, I get this error:

This certification profile is already connected

MCID: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

Connecting will allow you to manage your certifications, exams, and appointments directly from your Learn profile.

The MCID associated with your personal account is already connected with a different Learn profile. If you believe this is incorrect and need help, please contact certification support.
