When will On My Computer folders be available in Outlook for MAC?

I have seen that "On My Computer" folders were added to a beta back in Dec2022. I currently am using Outlook 16.71, but the "On My Computer" folders are still not supported. I am relegated to using legacy mode, because I must have my folders. If I try to run "New Outlook" it still says they are not supported and I risk losing all of my data in my "On My Computer" folders. When will this be fixed and built into a shipping version of Outlook for Mac?
