Is it possible to hide a widget in a Dashboard when the Shared Query returns nothing?

Hi, I am new to Azure DevOps. I'm creating a Dashboard using Shared Queries. I've been asked to dynamically hide reports when there are no results.

For example, since the Open Sev 2 Bugs widget does not return any items, this specific section should be hidden.

Is this functionality possible with ADO? If so, can you please provide direction on how to accomplish this?

Someone added a tag 'Not Monitored' but did not provide any context. Does Microsoft not support their own product? Can someone provide me with direction on where to re-ask this question?
