After E-Mail Import into Outlook, E-Mails doesn't show up

I can't find the Imported E-mails. The Imported E-Mails been saved on an Notebook device and according to my Global Service Desk they are not in the device nor showing up in Outlook.

After searching tons of board I didn't get any working solution. As I already mentioned I can find the Imported Folders, but when i open them they are all empty .

    In order to better understand your scenario, we need more information from you:

    • Did you export emails from outlook? Please refer to the steps in this article to export: Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file
    • How/where do you save this pst file and then how do you copy that pst to a location on your local PC? According to the official documentation, you could save the pst file to hard drive or upload to Onedrive.

    It is recommended that you import this PST file to another PC to check if the problem still reproduces. If it works, my guess is that the problem might be related to this PST file. Since you mentioned that the original pst file is no longer there, it is recommended that you repair the pst file or connect to the original account to re-export to the pst file and then import it.
