    Hello

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to AD account not reflecting in Azure AD.

    If an object is not syncing as expected with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), it can be because of several reasons. If you have received an error email from Azure AD or you see the error in Azure AD Connect Health.

    1. Please check correct UPN is assigned to User.
    2. Please check Azure AD Connect sync service and Restart it and wait for some time.
    3. Try to manually sync using below powershell

    Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta

    @Sure Radhakrishna

    Thank you for posting this question in Microsoft Q&A.

    If you are using AD connect to sync objects from on-premises to Azure AD then you will have to start your troubleshooting from AD connect tool.

    You can open AD connect tool in your server. Check for "metaverse search" tab on the top of the tool. You can set the query using object display name and check if the user object is synced till metaverse.

    If user is not present in metaverse then issue might be with the OU filtering (OU in which user belongs to may not be part of sync scope). If not it might also be an issue with the attribute level filtering.

    You can follow below article to troubleshoot further on this issue,

    Let me know if you have any further questions.
